SF Recruitment are on the lookout for an experienced generalist HR Advisor to join our client who are based just outside Nottingham city centre - this role is focused on building core relationships with stakeholders. It's a very busy hands on role where no two days will ever look the same where you will support the small HR team on all activity across the whole employee life cycle.
Duties within the role:
- Initial point of contract for all HR matters
- Leading onboarding activity
- Driving effective workforce planning
- Supporting and coaching managers
- Actively managing absence
- Leading on all ER issues
- Support on EDI & Wellbeing
- Ad-doc project work
We are looking for a Level 3 CIPD qualified individual with a proven background at advisor level who is ready to take their career to the next level. Having strong communications skills is key and a willingness to get stuck in.
