HR Advisor

SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a rapidly growing blue collar organisation based on the outskirts of Birmingham. My client is looking for an experience HR Advisor to join their amazing team.
This role is varied and busy and offers hybrid working.
The successful candidate will have to undertake security clearance including DBS checks.

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000
Hours: 09:00- 17:30 (3 days on site - 2 days from home)

Role
- Supporting the end to end HR service, working alongside the HR Manager to provide best practice and guidance
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on policy and procedure
- Lead on absence, disciplinary and grievance cases
- Deliver inductions to new starters
- Undertake employee engagement activities
- Supporting the payroll process as and when required
- Schedule Occupational Health referrals
- Provide development to the HR Administrator

Required
- Previous HR generalist experience essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- CIPD qualification desirable not essential
- Experience of working within a production or maintenance environment
