SF are currently working exclusively with a fantastic business based in Coventry who are on the look out for a HR Administrator to come and join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door and enhance your HR career or start to drive it. Reporting directly into the HR Manager this role will be a key cog in the team and will be contributing to the maintenance of positive culture as well as being responsible for the HR system is kept up to date and accurate ensuring all staff details are are amended and correct.
This role will also be heavily involved with the on-boarding and recruitment piece, dealing with DBS checks, organising interviews and preparing contracts.

The ideal person for this role will be either a strong administrator with fantastic communication and organisation skills or a HR admin looking to develop and enhance their skills further. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to liaise with people at all levels across the business.

Working hours - 8:30-4:30 Monday to Thursday with an early finish at 4pm on Friday
Based in Coventry 5 days in the office - with potential for hybrid later down the line
