Head of HR

SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a growing organisation who are looking for a Head of HR. You will have responsibility for an amazing HR team.

The ideal candidate will have worked within Education or public sector previously.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Birmingham City Centre

Role
- Delivery of a comprehensive HR services across there 13 sites
- Formulate and implement the HR strategy working alongside executives
- Develop and identify a workforce plan, including identifying skills gaps and modelling deployment options
- Drive change management initiatives
- Ensuring policy is robust within the Trust
- Workforce analysis
- Responsible for complex ER cases
- Lead consultations with trade unions
- Support pay and appraisal processes
- Implement wellbeing initiatives

Required
- CIPD Level 7 or commitment to work towards this
- Experience of working in an education setting desired
- Proven experience of strategic and operation HR Management
- Confident in TUPE/ Restructuring and redundancy
- Trade Unions
- Knowledge of Teachers pay and conditions
