Purpose of role:
The purpose of this role is Analyze the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin.
Job duties:
- Analyze the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin.
- GM analysis
- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts + 5-Years Business plan.
- Work with business stakeholders to co-ordinate the annual budgets & relevant budget models.
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
- Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments.
- Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
- Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.
- Support the management team and Department Leaders with data-driven analysis.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Dive deeply into financial data to provide additional insights.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a liaison for the investor relations team, managing the earnings guidance scenario modeling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in finance
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
- Demonstrated experience of analyzing financial reports and metrics
- Demonstrated experience of solution resolution based on analysis
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture for the Group
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
