Financial Controller

SF Recruitment are working with an exciting Privately Equity backed business based in Birmingham, for the recruitment of an ambitious Financial Controller.

This is an incredible opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and really add value to the role and therefore the wider company. Due to recent growth, the Business is forecast to double in size within the next 3 years. The Business is looking for a forward thinking, ambitious and highly motivated individual to join the Finance team and support the Finance Director and wider senior management team to drive the business forward.
Working closely with the FD, duties of the role will include:

- Financial Reporting Management
- End to end month end process
- Assist External Auditors
- Produce and present monthly packs for Senior Management Team
- Management of Annual Budget and forecasts
- Produce Monthly Bank reconciliations
- Development of the internal controls
- Manage Purchase Ledger
- Manage Sales Ledger
- Defining and reporting of KPIs

To be considered for this role you will have an entrepreneurial nature and will have demonstrated clear value add activities in the companies you've worked at previously.

You must be a practice trained qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA), and seeking opportunity in a fast paced, dynamic, profitable business where you will really be able to grow and develop the role as this division grows.
