Finance Director

SF Executive are partnered with a West Midlands based service organisation who are embarking on a journey of transformation. The Managing Director is seeking a Finance Director to be their 'right hand person' through this period of change and beyond.

As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, driving change and supporting the executive leadership team in transforming the business. You will lead the entire finance function, ensuring the standardisation of processes, enhancing systems and providing day-to-day leadership to the finance team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting commercial and operational transactions, contributing significantly to the successful performance of the business.

The successful Finance Director will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) with experience in a leading financial role. You will have the experience of working on a change programme, ideally including a systems implementation or upgrade. This position is being offered on a hybrid working basis with a flexible pattern.
