The role: Estimating & Order Processing Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Location: Corby - Office based 
Salary: £22,000pa - £26,000pa dependent on experience

The professional services team of SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Estimating & Order Process Administrator to join their existing team.

The role

To organise and control the effective processing of customer orders to the highest standard.

Job Responsibilities

- To ensure the accurate, efficient and cost effective processing of orders.
- To report the efficiency and accuracy of order processing.
- To ensure the checking of orders through to the Technical Checker prior to acknowledgement.
- To ensure quick and efficient responses to all customer enquiries.
- To assist the Administration Manager to check and order non-standard items such as coloured frames, Multifolds, Vertical Sliders, arches and special shaped frames.
- To ensure effective liaison with the Operations and Finance functions and throughout the Sales and Marketing department.
- To ensure that all acknowledgements are sent out within 24 hours to 48 hours of receipt of a clean order.
- To ensure that production paperwork is available five working days before despatch.
- Experience of using systems such, or similar to - First Degree Window Designer.

The candidate

- Worked within a similar position
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience within the window and door industry preferable but not essential
- IT Literate
- Used to working in a busy environment

The company do not offer Hybrid working so it is a full time office position working Monday to Friday.
