
ER Advisor
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a values-led Not for Profit organisation supporting services across the UK on a 3 month fixed term contract (could be extended)
Due to the urgency of this role you will need to be available with 1 weeks notice.
Remote with the occasional national travel
£35,000 per annum
Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Driving licence and own vehicle required
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for all ER matters, providing guidance to managers and ensuring best practice in handling complex cases. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ER cases predominantly absence and disciplinaries
- Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Coach and upskill managers in effective people practices
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Maintain accurate records and support HR systems (Sage People)
What You'll Bring:
- Strong ER experience and HR advisory background
- Solid understanding of UK employment law
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident with HR systems (Sage experience a bonus)
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred
