We’re recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and well-established business for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders, credit/debit notes, return orders, and quotations

Maintain accurate customer records

Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally

Proactively build strong relationships with existing clients to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities

Support the sales team and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service or a sales support role

Strong communication and organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office with accurate data entry abilities

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
-
Own transport would be beneficial for occasional travel between sites
