We’re recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and well-established business for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, credit/debit notes, return orders, and quotations

  • Maintain accurate customer records 

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally

  • Proactively build strong relationships with existing clients to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Support the sales team and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a sales support role

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with accurate data entry abilities

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail

  • Own transport would be beneficial for occasional travel between sites
