Customer Service Administrator
SF Recruitment are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team in Birmingham (B33)
£24,000 Per Annum

Job Description
Main duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Responsible for the customer returns email inbox
- Processing new customer returns and raising RMA forms.
- Chasing up existing returns and updating IMS
- Arranging collections, completing commercial invoice paperwork where required
- Raising LOA and liaising with courier export team/customer services
- Following up collections raised
- Liaise with returns department and support team/sales team
- Logging courier issues
- Following up courier issues
- Processing courier tracer and claims form via email or courier portal.
- Liaising with accounts payable for courier claims payments
- Actioning courier exception emails, manage these and then send to the relevant supports to action and confirm what needs to happen.
Daily Tasks:
Returns - chasing, updating, what action to take when issues arise, dealing with courier claims
Answering the phone, etiquette, taking messages.
Delivery exception emails - identifying issue, checking tracking and logging issues with the courier.
Chasing outstanding courier issues and claims
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm 1 Hour lunch
40 hours per week. Office based.
