Role: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Bolton
Salary: £22,000
Hours: 08:30am - 05:30pm
My client, a leading financial services company is currently hiring for a customer service administrator to join their growing team. This is an exciting, fast paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be expected to manage incoming calls, emails and live chat messages, and ensure that all customers receive a top tier service. This vacancy is a full time, permanent role with opportunities to progress within.
More about the role:
- Ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Provide efficient administrative support to the team
- Meeting SLA's and KPI's
- Resolving order discrepancies and issuing customer credits
- Managing the full customer experience, ensuring top tier service is provided
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 6 months experience in an administrative/customer service role
- Be organised, efficient and solution focused
- Have strong communication skills
