SF Executive have been retained by a hyper growth medtech company in London to source a high energy and hands on CFO / FD to join their team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a dynamic financial leader looking to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge business that if successful, will save literally millions of lives and billions of pounds in healthcare spend.

The company has recently completed a £4m seed funding round and is now preparing for their Series A funding round in Q3 / Q4 2024. Full commercialisation is expected to begin in 2025.

As a Venture Capitalist backed business, this medtech company has gained substantial financial support and positioned itself as a market leader in the industry. The company is dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through ground-breaking technologies and innovative solutions.

The new FD or CFO will be hands on, putting in place financial systems and infrastructure that are fit for purpose both now and into commercialisation - as well as being focussed internally, this person will be credible externally being the point person for future fundraises.

Maybe you have been the No 2 in a high growth VC or PE backed business and are looking to step into that No 1 role - maybe you've led fundraisings in a pre-revenue business but the business isn't now delivering on its milestones - either way we'd love to hear from you and also any forward thinking candidates who feel they can cut it in this type of environment.

As well as a six figure salary, there will be equity available for the successful candidate that will be worth a sizeable amount as the business scales up towards further funding rounds and potentially IPO.

The role is more or less fully remote, working with a management team in the UK and across Europe, therefore candidates could theoretically be based anywhere.................
