Business Analyst

Initial 6 months fixed term contract Business Analyst required for a leading business in Solihull. £51,000 base salary + benefits.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to business analysis and business process improvement. This is a hybrid role 3 days on site.

Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
Knowledge of Business Process improvement methodologies
Strong understanding of Information Technology
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree ideal but not essential
Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
