Full Time Office Based, Early Finish on Fridays

  • Managing the order processing cycle with precision, ensuring data entry, invoicing, and documentation are accurate and completed on time.
  • Providing administrative support for the customer service team to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer orders and inquiries.
  • Maintaining and updating customer accounts, records, and correspondence to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, schedules, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Handling incoming queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
