About the role
SF Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a growing construction organisation located in the south of Leicester. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 8 to 12 weeks. This role is office-based with working hours from 8am to 4pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle and process sales orders.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the sales process.
- Address and resolve customer queries, mainly via email.
- Follow up on customer quotations to secure sales.
- Follow up for payments and customer confirmations.
- Maintain and develop the existing customer database.
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails from customers.
- Accurately process customer orders and handle amendments.
- Resolve and process paperwork related to any customer invoice, delivery, or other queries.
What We Are Looking For:
- Sales administration, office support, or customer service administration experience is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
