SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Droitwich who are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator
6 month contract 37.5 hours a week
£12.00 per hour

The Administrator provides a highly professional first point of contact for the Company and provision of the highest standards of customer service and administration support, by providing an efficient, professional reception service to visitors and internal customers, located in Droitwich.
In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:
- To welcome guests entering the reception area to the Company, always maintaining a friendly and professional view of the organisation.
- To ensure internal and external visitors are signed in, in accordance with the Company H&S policy.
- To organise and control Droitwich meeting room calendars, visitor parking spaces, lunch requirements and prep meeting rooms.
- Adherence to 5S standards for workstation, office, and meeting room areas
- To administer petty cash, log on spreadsheet and e-mail to Administration Lead on the 1st of every month
- To maintain the Company stationery system, update spreadsheet, obtain best prices, report on expenditure, and adhere to budget.
- To replenish refreshments when required, update spreadsheet, obtain best prices, report on expenditure, and adhere to budget.
- To control incoming and outgoing mail ensuring all outgoing mail leaves on time and reaches the last post. This also includes arranging courier services.
- Maintain the filing system on a weekly basis and ensure the backlog is kept to a minimum
- Type documents or carryout any administration tasks required for Managers/other members of the team in a timely manner.
- To organise travel and logistic arrangements for all staff and customers, update spreadsheet, obtain best prices and report on expenditure. Ensure correct visas are in place and advise if any vaccinations are required. Also ensuring all accommodation is paid for in advance.
- Liaise with ARVAL with regards to MOT reminders, arranging new vehicles, returning old vehicles, car hire and repairs for our Droitwich pool vehicles. Ensure insurance is kept up to date with vehicle registration numbers.
- To support and administer Concur return for cost centre 096, including supplying/scanning receipts for items purchased.
- Maintenance of the personnel and clocking system (Tensor) including any reports requested by Management
- Update Problems & Concerns spreadsheet for Operations
- Adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other National Standards
- Ensure any sensitive information is kept private and confidential.

Role Requirements
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work on own initiative but also be a key member of a team.
Excellent PC skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Business Admin NVQ or relevant Administration experience
