The Role: Administrative Executive
Salary: £24,000pa
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

The professional services team at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administration Executive to join their existing team.

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring smooth operational processes, and managing essential data.

The role:

Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to our operations. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Delivering exceptional customer service through various channels.
  • Operational Support: Managing day-to-day operational tasks related to product and service delivery.
  • Data Management: Ensuring accurate and efficient data handling for learner and event registrations, certifications, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with your Team Leader and Head of Department to support team objectives.
  • Administer various tasks, including:
  • Processing learner registrations and certifications using the Quartz system.
  • Inputting candidate details for Continuing Competence provision.
  • Handling exam requests, marking, results, and tracking.
  • Providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance Team.
  • Responding to email enquiries via CSAF, Quartzadmin, and Info admin addresses.
  • Processing bookings for company events and training via the iMIS system.
  • Collating training packs and certifications for training purposes.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties related to events and training as required.
  • Reception duties, including answering the main line number and addressing enquiries from members and customers.
  • Managing post duties, such as receiving and sending out post on a daily basis.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong Administration Skills: Demonstrated ability with excellent attention to detail.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A 'customer first' attitude with clear customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Software Experience: Previous experience with iMIS and Quartz software would be preferable, but training will be provided.
  • Adaptability: A flexible all-rounder who is eager to learn and willing to take on additional tasks outside the core role.
