Contrary to belief, the fibbers aren’t all junior applicants; according to recent research, it’s those candidates vying for senior roles that are most likely to embellish the truth. This is a worrying trend, given that it is the people who assume such roles that are responsible for the continuing success of the company.
At SF Recruitment, we meet 100% of our candidates in person prior to submitting them for interviews with any potential employer. We check their skills, qualifications and ensure they have full eligibility to work in the UK. For us this is standard, basic practice and meeting our candidates is equally beneficial for understanding a candidates career aspirations and which businesses they would suit culturally.
