Referrals are a great way to support your friends, family and network with their job search and for each successful referral you make, we'll send you a £100 gift voucher. The more the merrier. 

To make a referral all you need to do is email us at referrals@sfrecruitment.com with your full name, telephone number and SF consultant name along with the name and contact details of the person you'd like to refer to us. Don't forget to ask for their permission before sharing their details with us.

Once we have placed your referral into a role and they have sucessfully completed 12 weeks employment, we'll send you your voucher. It's that simple.

Terms and Conditions

1. For each successful referral, the referrer will be provided with a £100 Amazon gift voucher.
2. In order to be eligible, referred candidates must not be previously or currently known to SF Recruitment. 
3. The referred candidate must be experienced in one of our specialisms; Finance & Accountancy, Executive, Technology, Office Support, Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing or Not for Profit.
4. The referred candidate must be eligible to work in the UK and must be placed by SF Recruitment.
5. Gift vouchers will be issued once the candidate has been placed into a role and they have sucessfully completed 12 weeks' employement, temp or permanent.
6. Referrals will only be accepted from candidates who are currently registered with SF Recruitment.
7. There is no limit on the amount of referrals that can be made.
8. Referrers must obtain the permission of the candidate they wish to refer to us in advance of making the referral.
9. There is no cash alternative for gift vouchers and vouchers are not for re-sale.
10. No replacements will be given for lost, damaged or stolen gift vouchers.
11. If the voucher advertised is unavailable for any reason an alternative will be offered of the same value.
12. Gift vouchers must be claimed within 3 months of the date the referral became effective (candidate has been placed and they have sucessfully completed 12 months employment).
13. SF Recruitment reserve the right to terminate, amend or change the 'Refer a Friend' scheme at any time without prior notice.
