As a trainee consultant within our Academy, you’ll be put through an intensive eight week training programme to develop the talents you’ll need to succeed. During that time, you can look forward to hands-on training with our Talent Academy Manager and our internal recruitment team, along with ongoing support from the Directors and Managers within the operations. You will learn about developing client and candidate relationships and how to provide the right recruitment and resourcing solutions. You will also understand the importance of working towards targets, which are designed to help you achieve your personal goals and ambitions.
