I am a Senior Recruitment Consultant working within the Commercial Division, covering recruitment for Office Support, Marketing, IT, Procurement and Supply Chain and Logistics. I look after both permanent and temporary recruitment for all disciplines so it’s a pretty varied role.
Busy, busy, busy!! But in a good way… no day is ever the same! It’s a really rewarding job helping candidates and clients every day and also working with such a great bunch of people. Of course, there are bad days, I think that just comes with recruitment in general, but that’s why you need good colleagues around you 😊
It has to be flexibility and the team/culture for me 100% and of course the lovely bonus helps, especially after just buying my first home!!
It’s a bit of a rollercoaster. They have experienced me on my best and worst days, but they all know how much I love it. I don’t think recruitment is for everyone and its hard work but it’s definitely worth it, and I think they see that too!
Massively, SF Recruitment has really improved on flexibility, trust and valuing their staff and people’s work/life balance which is great. We genuinely enjoy each other’s company so working from home has been different, but it’s amazing that we now have the ongoing opportunity to do this and to manage our own time but still be so successful.
Holiday wherever possible, seeing my family and as many bottomless brunches as possible.
