We then receive the feedback, responses and comparative results, allowing us to improve investment into our staff year on year.
This employee survey is reportedly the most academically rigorous and accurate way of ensuring workplace engagement and it’s no big surprise to us that we were positioned as the highest scoring recruitment business in the Midlands!
