Temporary Office Administrator
SF Recruitment are currently seeking a Temporary Office Administrator to provide support to a key client of ours based in Ripley, Derbyshire.
Position Overview: As a Temporary Office Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office during a brief absence of our regular administrator. Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks and assisting our team with day-to-day operations.
This is working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and will be guaranteed work up until 16th October and paying between £11 -£12 per hour.
- Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory, and place orders as needed.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and setting up conference rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in organizing and tidying up common areas.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as required.
- Ensure the office is a safe and clean environment for all employees and visitors.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as needed.
- Previous office administration experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
