Temporary Customer Service Administrator | East Nottingham | £10.50 - £11.000 Per hour | Immediate Start!
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator. This role is based in East Nottingham. The role is for around 6 months and could become permanent for the right candidate.
This would be a fantastic role for candidates based in Newark, Bingham, Harby, Cotgrave, West Bridgeford, Ruddington and the surrounding areas.
It is essential you have previous experience within a customer service/administration role to be a successful applicant!

You will need to be able to demonstrate a true passion for Administration.
- Ensure the team maintain the highest level of professionalism and service at all times
- Dealing with all customer service calls
- Taking orders from customers and processing orders
- Arranging deliveries, ensuring dates and addresses correspond with customer requirements.
- Dealing with adjustments
- Working on SAP
- Updating CRM system
- Escalating and manage customer complaints
- Working closely with other departments
- General admin support
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Excellent people skills and ability to manage effectively
- A passion for delivering excellent customer care and service
- Approachable, friendly and positive
- Competent user of all Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent telephone manner and be able to organise effectively
- Must have strong accuracy and attention to detail
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 am - 5.00 pm or 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM
