Salary: £55k - £60k

I am working with a reputable organisation who are looking for a Talent Manager to join their team. This is a brand-new role that has been created due to business growth and will involve working closely with the HR Director to create a new talent strategy for the business. Working as part of a team, you will also be involved in generalist HR, L&D & ED&I.

More about the role..

- Implementing and rolling out brand new Talent Strategy
- Working closely with the HR Director on performance objectives
- Going out into the wider business, building relationships and understanding business needs alongside the growth
- Working closely with SLT's & mangers coaching around ED&I
- Implementing a new recruitment process and lead on new ATS project
- Helping to reduce agency spend
- Line management of 2 junior TA roles
- Generalist HR duties & L&D

This role would be perfect for someone who has a good number of years Recruitment under their belt and a mixture of agency and in house.
