Sales Ledger Clerk
Sales ledger clerk/accounts assistant to work 5 days a week in the office in Aldridge. Working hours are flexible and can be 8am-4.30pm. 8.30am-5pm or 9am -5pm
Job duties will be:
To work in conjunction with the Sales Department to ensure that all customer enquiries are dealt with professionally and completely to conclusion.
Achieve targets and goals.
Daily posting of cash receipts and allocations.
Maintaining and updating the banking and cash receipts spreadsheets.
Daily banking email
Uploading bank statements and reconciliation.
Sage Pay - Taking card payments from customers by phone and match receipts.
Petty cash reconciliation and posting.
Supplier statement reconciliation and chasing missing invoices.
To carry out any other duties if capable, as requested, e.g. supporting other staff positions either day to day or in holiday/absence situations.
