Sales ledger clerk/accounts assistant to work 5 days a week in the office in Aldridge. Working hours are flexible and can be 8am-4.30pm. 8.30am-5pm or 9am -5pm
Job duties will be:

 To work in conjunction with the Sales Department to ensure that all customer enquiries are dealt with professionally and completely to conclusion.
 Achieve targets and goals.
 Daily posting of cash receipts and allocations.
 Maintaining and updating the banking and cash receipts spreadsheets.
 Daily banking email
 Uploading bank statements and reconciliation.
 Sage Pay - Taking card payments from customers by phone and match receipts.
 Petty cash reconciliation and posting.
 Supplier statement reconciliation and chasing missing invoices.
 To carry out any other duties if capable, as requested, e.g. supporting other staff positions either day to day or in holiday/absence situations.
