SF Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to support the Sales Team for a business based in Coventry (CV3). This is a growing company and they will be able to offer further progression for the right candidate.
The role is full time (Mon - Fri 9 - 5:30 1 hour lunch) onsite 5 days per week, paying £26 - 28k depending on experience.
Main Role / Tasks:
Taking inbound sales calls
Quotations and pricing
Processing sales orders
Liaising with manufacturers to obtain delivery dates on products
Dealing with enquiries
Providing correct information to the customers on price, delivery, technical questions
Assisting the external sales teams and customers with account questions
The ideal person:
Experience of working within a very busy team
Have some office / admin experience
Some experience working with sales teams would be ideal but not essential as full training will be provided
Good keyboard skills
Very good telephone manner
Clearly spoken and good listening skills
Able to handle deadline pressure
