We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join their team and play a crucial role in their continued success.
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday - Friday (Office based) 40 hours per week. Our client is flexible, and candidates can choose their start and finish time, between 8am - 6pm with 1 hour for lunch. This opportunity is paying between £23,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be an essential part of our recruitment process, providing administrative support to our recruitment team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update our candidate database with accuracy, ensuring all candidate information is current and complete.
- Schedule interviews and meetings between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Assist with the initial screening of candidates, reviewing resumes and applications to match with job requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing them with necessary information and updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding paperwork.
- Generate reports on recruitment activities and metrics to help track progress and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR context.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
