As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to ensure that our products meet and exceed the highest industry standards.

Position Overview: As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to delivering top-notch injection moulding products. You will lead our quality assurance efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Quality Manager Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance Leadership: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
2. Process Improvement: Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to identify areas for process improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
3. Supplier Quality Management: Oversee the quality performance of suppliers, conduct audits, and collaborate with procurement to drive improvements in the supply chain.
4. Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into quality issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including reports, procedures, and records. Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to management.
6. Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the quality awareness and skills of employees. Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring that the company remains in compliance with all applicable quality requirements.

Quality Manager requirements:
1. Proven experience in a quality management role within the injection moulding industry.
2. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
4. Familiarity with global quality standards and regulations.
5. Must drive due to location.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday permanent days.
