SF Recruitment are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a key client of ours based in Hucknall. Due to ongoing growth our client is recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis paying up to £24,000, offering a fantastic opportunity for professional growth in the field of procurement.


- Assist in the procurement process by creating and processing purchase orders
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the team to prevent stockouts
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving overall efficiency in the purchasing process

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
