Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new and exciting permanent opportunity, working for a well established business based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, with a view to start immediately. As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for supporting in the day to day running of the accounts department. Your duties will include:

Daily duties:
- Processing invoices on accounting system
- Matching and coding of invoices
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliation
- Supplier query handling
- Manage inbox daily
- Raising purchase orders
- Checking pricing against purchase orders
- Managing expense claims for all staff

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced purchase ledger clerk looking for a role where you can be more involved in other day to day finance duties. You must have strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to manage your own workload. Experience with Excel is preferred.
