SF Recruitment are currently working with a brilliant business based on the outskirts of Leicester City Centre - LE1. As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining a proactive and positive working relationship with customers on allocated payroll sites and ensuring that queries are answered accurately and on a timely basis.

Main Purpose of the Payroll Administrator:
- Weekly payroll processing - Collating and inputting of timesheets.
- Calculation and processing of holiday requests in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure that all new starters and leavers are processed by HR and updated in the payroll system prior to the payroll deadline.
- Ensure that the payroll is adjusted for any unpaid leave or family leave pay
- Process statutory and company sickness payments.
- Ensure all payroll reports are correctly authorised and reconciled prior to payroll deadlines.
- Administering benefits in the payroll system.
- Recording benefits on central tracker.
- Reconciling invoices against credit notes, remittances, direct debits etc.
- Running reports/collating data regarding benefits administration.
- Distribution of P45's.
- Undertaking any other payroll duties as/when required by the business

- Hybrid Working (once training has been completed)
- 25 days annual leave + stat
