Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and driven Negotiator with a background in estate agency to join our dynamic team. The Negotiator will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the property market, and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
1. Manage property listings, including uploading photos, creating descriptions, and updating online portals.
2. Conduct property viewings and inspections with potential buyers or tenants.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
4. Negotiate offers and terms of sale or lease on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.
5. Provide expert advice to clients on property market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
6. Coordinate property transactions from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties.
7. Conduct market research to stay informed about local property market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.
8. Attend networking events, industry seminars, and property exhibitions to promote the agency's services and expand client base.
9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction details using CRM software.
10. Collaborate with colleagues across sales, lettings, and property management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Negotiator or similar role within an estate agency environment.
3. Proven track record of successfully negotiating property transactions and achieving sales targets.
4. Strong understanding of property market dynamics, including pricing trends, buyer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively on their behalf.
