SF Recruitment are working with a dynamic and growing business in Mansfield who are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join their team as an Entry-Level Office Administrator. This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday (Office based) paying between £18,000 - £20,000. 

Job Description:

As an Entry-Level Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of my client’s office environment. You will work closely with various departments and team members to ensure efficient administrative support and a positive workplace atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases.
  • Filing and Organisation: Organise and maintain physical and digital files and documents.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations.
  • Mail Handling: Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with Event Coordination: Support in planning and organising company events and meetings.
  • Supporting Team Members: Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
  • Other General Administrative Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
