Job Title: EMEA Accounts Receivable Manager
Location: West Midlands
Job Type: Hybrid: 2 days in the office a week
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 (DOE)

Are you looking for an exciting new Management opportunity in Credit?

We are supporting a large international client, with an exciting new opportunity, to manage the Accounts Receivable function for the EMEA region, covering the main markets in the UK, Germany, Poland, France and Italy.

Overview & Scope of Role:
We're seeking an EMEA A Manager to join our team, collaborating with the EMEA Shared Service Finance Team and liaising with operational sites across EMEA and our UK head office. This role requires strong remote work capabilities as our finance team operates virtually across the region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Ledger activities, ensuring compliance with credit policies and timely cash collection.
- Maintain adherence to group accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- Review and approve monthly Sales Ledger Account Reconciliations.
- Evaluate customer credit terms and credit limits regularly.
- Support debt collection efforts and resolve customer queries.
- Drive standardization of processes across EMEA.
- Lead best practice and lean initiative improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments for an efficient receivables process.
- Ensure UK Corporate Governance Controls (SOX) are implemented and reviewed.

What you'll need:
- 5+ years experience in Accounts receivables/sales ledger
- Proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage remote teams and work independently.
- Methodical, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Persistence and strong time management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience in process improvement.

- Proficiency in at least one other European language; German, Italian, French or Polish
- Experience of working with teams remotely in different countries.
- Experience in financial reporting within a multinational manufacturing business.
