New product is a recently released product aimed initially at the Construction Industry, but with plans to diversify the platform into several other verticals in the coming months.

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team and help us to continue to provide clear, honest and informative information to customers interested in our products.
During Covid, we switched to an inbound sales process and implemented Hubspot with a view to following their Methodology. Since then, we have been working on our website, SEO and implementing tools to measure the inbound strategy and sales process.
We are currently carrying out a major review of our sales and marketing funnels and pipeline management process and are looking for someone with bring in some knowledge, experience and ideas to help us use the data we hold to refine and sharpen what we do.

As part of the role, you will carry out online demonstrations, prepare quotations and arrange and manage trials of the products - always supporting the customer through the process. There is also the opportunity to carry out on sites sales demonstrations for very strong opportunities.

We would look for you to input heavily into the sales process, by helping us break down the various stages and implementing the life cycle phases and lead scoring for MQL and SQL stages, and helping us understand what lead magnets and documents are needed. We do currently have a lot of this in place, but we are now looking to refine and improve.
Whilst the role does not involve cold calling 100's of people a day, phone work will be required to follow up with warm customers throughout the sales cycle, and questioning skills will be required to clearly understand customers pain points and reasons for looking into our products. The successful candidate should then be able to demonstrate how our solutions address and resolve these pain points in a constructive way.

Our sales process is always under constant review, and so the successful candidate can't be an island, they will be expected to engage with other teams to discuss what works, what doesn't, where leads are dropping off in the process, so that it can be constantly iterated and improved.

Coming from a similar role, with a good understanding of the Customers Buying Journey and how to align their sales methods and process to this.
Professional, ambitious and a self-starter with high personal standards to help us drive the business forwards from a sub-million turnover business to a £2-3 million pound business in the next 3 years.
