Part Time OR Full Time - 16 hours per week (over ideally 4 days/evenings, with a minimum of two late nights finishing between 10.30 and midnight) OR 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday covering the combination of working office hours and two late nights finishing between 10.30 and midnight)

£28,000-£35,000 (FTE)
FTC – 12 months with possibility of going permanent.

SF Recruitment are working with a fabulous client who are looking for an experienced People/HR Advisor to join their large People team working on-site. This role is initially an FTC for 12 months with hope of being made permanent, this can be a part time or full time role. **They can be flexible around the shift pattern as in what days etc for the right candidate as long as at least 2 shifts are in the evening so please drop an email/call if you would like to question what hours can work.

Duties within the role:
• You will be first point of contact for all people related matters (face to face, phone and email) and you will act as an advisor to managers across the business helping them lead their teams through change, enhance on employee engagement and performance.
• Handle all low-level ER and assist on complex ER case work
• You will support on recruitment, absence management, performance, reward and benefits
• You need to have strong relationship building skills as offering coaching and guidance on all HR matters is what your business area will look to you for
• Support on the wider HR strategy and projects

They are looking for a talented HR professional with experience at advisory level, ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified and able to bring some core examples of advising and coaching line managers to the table.
