Interim Business Partner

SF Recruitment are currently working with a PE backed business based in central Birmingham in the recruitment of an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a business as it goes through a transformation programme. This role is due to last a minimum of 6 months.

The successful candidate will be reporting into the Divisional MD and will be responsible for stakeholder engagement to senior manager level and to work as an effective business partner, while constantly seeking out opportunities to improve performance and management information. A key requirement of the role will be to contribute as a member of the business unit management teams, responsible for day-to-day operational performance of the business and relaying financial performance & risk

Duties will also include but will not be limited to the following;
- Leading the forecasting and planning for the division
- Work with the business on Strategic plans and feeding into the centre
- Collaborate with the central finance team to deliver best in class reporting, forecasting and insightful analysis and transformational change
- Management of one Financial Analyst

Applicants must be immediately available or available on short notice and have experience solid background in accounting, financial planning, budgeting and financial modelling.
