HR Officer

SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a manufacturing business based in Tamworth who are looking for an experience HR Officer. You will support employees and managers within the warehousing team

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 dependant on experience

Role
- Act as first point of contact for warehouse employees across a full range of HR queries
- Manage time and attendance system and analyse data
- Support HR Admin and Payroll as and when required
- Deliver or arrange training to ensure employees are being managed in line with objectives
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects
- Maintain HR records
- Ensure policies and procedures are delivered consistently across the business

Required
- CIPD level 5 or working towards
- Understanding of payroll processes
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role
