SF Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity, working for a global blue collar business. My client requires an experience HR Manager to be the face of HR for the business. This role is pivotal to the business in further developing and enhancing HR with a great team to support. The business values HR and the value it can bring.

You will have worked as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner previously and adopt the hands on approach, ensuring the business and employees feel supported.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (dependant on experience) + an excellent benefits package
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday) working from home is an option

Role requirements

- Working autonomously across the UK business providing HR support and guidance at an exceptional level
- Managing a HR team, ensuring enablement of personal growth
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to support in the delivery of people management objectives.
- Being hands on in your approach, supporting and coaching managers in line with policy and procedure.
- Leading and contributing to wider HR projects in support of business objectives; including succession planning, workforce planning, retention and reward & recognition.
- Defining and implementing initiatives in support of ongoing employee engagement, health & wellbeing and reward and recognition schemes to support our employees.
- Identify, recommend and implement continuous operational improvements to streamline HR processes and procedures to best support the business.
- Leading and supporting consistent performance management processes and undertake evaluation of its effectiveness.
- Providing regular board and management reporting and support with internal and external audits, benefit renewals, and annual government reports.

- CIPD level 7 qualified desirable
- Previous experience as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner within a fast paced business
- People focussed with a generalist HR background
- Able to travel to other locations on occasion
- Ability to influence stakeholders
