SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a city based client who are looking for a HR Assistant to support the HR function across the business to enhance delivery as the business grows.
You will have previous HR experience as you will be pivotal in providing support across welfare, guidance and support. The successful candidate will have strong HR admin and IT skills an be able to work at pace.

Salary £26421 - £28770
The role will be based on site 5 days per week at their central office in Birmingham with very occasional visits to other sites in the Midlands area. Working from home will be available on occasion especially when working on projects.

Role
- First point of contact for all Central Team HR queries
- Recruitment - advertising, shortlisting and organising interviews
- Coordinate al administration related to recruitment and onboarding and retention
- Prepare new induction packs, prepare offer letters and contract variations
- Schedule probation reviews
- Keeping systems up to date with contractual changes and payroll changes
- Submit monthly payroll changes
- Maintenance of absence data
- Provide analysis and reports when required

Requirements
- Proven HR administration experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to prioritise workload
