HR Advisor
SF Recruitment are working exclusively with a growing business that need support on a temporary basis while they recruit permanently (you will also be able to apply for the permanent role). The temporary role will be predominantly providing administrative support to the HR team, when the role becomes permanent you will be supporting the Head of HR with projects and also getting involved with employee relations
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Onsite)
Pay rate: £18.00 - £20.50 per hour
Only candidates that are immediately available will be considered for this role.
Role
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Provide first line support to Managers and employees on people related queries
- Providing payroll support
- Dealing with end to end recruitment, posting vacancies, shortlisting, organising interviews and onboarding
- Monitoring absence
- Assist with analysis of training needs
- Performance management
Required
- Previous HR experience in a fast paced business
- Ideally CIPD qualified
