SF Recruitment are working with a growing business based in Coventry. As a HR Administrator you will join a supportive team and act as first point of contact for HR related queries from employees and managers. This role would be suitable for candidates that are looking for their first HR role, who have a HR degree or CIPD qualification. If you have experience in HR that would beneficial, but not essential however administration experience is required.

This is a great business who love to support and develop budding HR professionals.

Salary: up to £25,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 9-5 Monday to Friday (however as the business has a 24 hour operation you may be required to work out of ours but you would be given the time off in lieu)

- Maintain personnel records.
- Update internal databases (e.g. Absence, Pension, benefits, Starters and leavers etc)
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and contracts.
- Create monthly reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Answer employee queries about HR-related issues.
- Participate in HR projects.
- Ensuring that company benefits are promoted within the business.
- Training managers on HR process, policies, and activities such as performance reviews.
- Take an active role in recruitment, arranging interviews and searching for candidates using Indeed.
- Support managers with note taking and advice during investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.

Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administrator, HR Administrator or relevant role.
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
- Relevant degree or CIPD Level 3
