SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a fantastic, progressive, HR Administrator opportunity to work with a very well-known to us client and company! This role is based on a temporary to permanent basis, therefore you must be available immediately or on short notice, ideally to start ASAP!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently studying their CIPD or who is interested in studying their CIPD and really wants to progress their career in HR! Our client is looking for someone who is ambitious, with excellent administrative and co-ordination experience, and someone who will benefit from the HR exposure that this role will provide.

The role will be on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday (with an early Friday finish) and will be office based at their offices based in DE72.

You will be joining a team of 3 people and some key things that our client has in mind in terms of focus, will include:

- Improving the administrative processes and general HR processes
- Coordinating training administration
- Improving employee engagement
- Sharing ideas and supporting on a staff benefits
- Being involved in HR meetings

This role doesn't require you to have covered all of the above, but it does require you to have the passion and interest into HR! You will benefit from working with a great client of ours who will be an excellent mentor and support.

If you already have experience in HR Administration, Training Administration, Recruitment Administration or strong Administration skills whilst studying your CIPD / wanting to study your CIPD - then this could absolutely be the role for you!
