SF Recruitment are looking for a HR Administrator to join a fantastic business in Worksop. This role is a 9-month fixed term contract, working 4 days 8:30am - 5pm, and 1 day a week working 2pm - 10:30pm. Our client does offer flexibility around this, and you can choose which day you prefer to work the later shift. Please note this is only a Monday - Friday working week, weekend work is not required.

The HR Administrator delivers a proactive and flexible administrative service to the business and People team, supporting their agenda to improve business performance and deliver People plans in line with our client's purpose, culture & values.

Duties will include

  • Manage all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal queries
  • Offer timely resolutions and information as required to underpin the smooth and efficient delivery of people management activities.
  • Ensuring that managers and other people team colleagues have the accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive information they need to deliver business results with People at the heart of the agenda, and to enable every decision and action to be taken with the Colleague experience as a key consideration.
  • Organising and maintaining personnel records
  • Updating internal HR databases
  • Preparing HR documents
  • Assist with all onboarding of new staff

Skills required

  • Manufacturing / Food Industry experience (advantageous but not essential
  • Good level of written and spoken communication
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft office
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
