Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Location: Manchester City Centre
Reporting To: FP&A Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Undertake ad-hoc value-added analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A Manager on maintaining and improving the business model.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
  • Enhance reporting processes with a focus on a 'future-focused' approach.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, including business model refinement and exploring alternatives to Excel-based modelling.
  • Assist with the integration of new acquisitions into financial models.

Your Skills:

  • Proven experience in preparing accurate and timely Board reports.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for improving processes.
  • Eagerness to learn new technical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for building internal relationships.


  • Bachelor’s Degree - minimum 2:1 (desirable).
  • CIMA / ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) part-qualified accountant (essential).
