Financial Accountant

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a West Sussex based FMCG manufacturing business who are looking for a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis.

The business in question is well established in their field and have been through some changes which have strengthened their position in the market within which they operate. You will be joining at a good time in the company's growth phase.

Reporting into a very supportive Financial Controller and looking after a team of 3 people, you will be responsible for the following amongst other things:

Balance sheet reconciliations
Reduction of debtor days
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Preparation of VAT and tax compliance returns
Budgeting and cash forecasting

This role requires an individual who has experience in an SME setting as you'll be involved in a lot of different duties and will be happy rolling your sleeves up.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and you'll be looking for a move into a fast paced, exciting business with a really good team.

This role requires someone to be on-site 4 days a week with 1 day a week working from home.
