Finance Analyst
SF Recruitment are excited to be working exclusively with a Coventry based automotive engineering and manufacturing business in the recruitment of an experienced Finance Analyst on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a rapidly growing business. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be involved in supporting all areas of management accounting and financial analysis.


- Support the Finance Controller to meet month-end deadlines.
- Create analysis of projects to contribute to margin and prepare reports for Finance and Company Management on the status of projects.
- Support all departments to improve the financial controls of the company.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliation and report on discrepancies and unreconciled items.
- Support with quarterly forecasting process.
- Support year-end process including audit packs for annual financial audit.


The successful candidate will enjoy liaising extensively across the business, working across several projects.
You will ideally be studying ACCA/CIMA or planning to embark on these studies (Study Package offered)
2-3 years previous experience in supporting with month end deadlines
Possess excellent communication skills in order to liaise across all departments
Excellent IT skills required
