Role Overview:
Job Purpose
As a Field Operations Manager you will develop and performance manage our field network along with ensuring field processes are 'fit for purpose'. Working as a key member of the company management team focus will be given to ensure all aspects of field work and visiting is conducted to a professional and high standard, and at a level required to achieve the company's minimum target expectations. These targets are quantity, quality and safety driven. All business and client SLAs must be adhered to without exception. There will be a requirement to closely analyse field performance, operational data and business results to assist with planning and development in all aspects of the field. Aligned with the performance management, there will be a requirement to provide analytical and statistical information, create and deliver presentations and carry out formal meetings, associated with performance, such as a disciplinary hearing.
The role will also include the recruitment, training and auditing of your Field team. This may include undertaking this task for all regions of field should there be the need.
On occasion there may be a requirement for you to carry out visits on behalf of all clients for the purpose of balance collection, site and meter inspections, occupancy/asset checks and data gathering. This will form a vital part of the role as there is a requirement for you to maintain a full understanding of current processes and procedures.
Accurate and detailed reporting will need to be exemplary in relation to various job responsibilities, as well as being able to create and demonstrate good working relationships with internal/external colleagues, clients and customers.
Our work is closely monitored and highly regulated so it is necessary to ensure all processes are followed carefully and correctly, and that company records (including paperwork) are updated fully and accurately.
